How to return or exchange
- Send us a request using the form below or on WhatsApp, with your order number and a photo of the saree.
- We confirm on WhatsApp within 24 hours and book a free pickup from your address.
- Pack the saree with its tags and the unstitched blouse piece.
- Once it reaches us and passes a quick check: we send your exchange piece, or issue your refund.
Exchange
- Exchange for any other colour or design that is in stock.
- Same price: no extra charge. A higher-priced piece: you pay only the difference. A lower-priced piece: we refund the difference.
- If the piece you want goes out of stock, we give you a full refund instead.
Refunds
- Issued within 5–7 business days after the saree reaches us and passes its check.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
What can be returned
- Unused, unwashed and unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
- Sent back with the unstitched blouse piece.
- Not accepted: stitched, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
