Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. You can check delivery availability for your pincode on any product page before ordering.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote pincodes, festivals, weather disruptions and courier delays can add a few days. We'll keep you posted if that happens.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on serviceable pincodes. Please keep the exact order amount ready — most of our delivery partners also accept UPI at the door.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details on the email and phone number given at checkout. You can also see the current status of any order from your order confirmation page.

Failed or refused deliveries

Our courier partners attempt delivery multiple times. If a COD parcel is refused or nobody is available across all attempts, the parcel returns to us. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. After dispatch, the address can't be changed.

Secure checkout

Cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and eligible COD are processed through Shopify secure checkout. HYRALUXE never sees or stores card details.

  • Dispatch time: most confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery estimate: most Indian pincodes receive orders in 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations or courier disruptions can take longer.
  • Shipping cost: shipping is free above ₹999. Final shipping and COD charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
  • COD: Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible pincodes and order values when enabled at checkout.
  • Tracking: tracking details are sent after dispatch. For help, share your order number with support.
  • Delivery issue: if a package is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact support so we can open a courier investigation.
